We’ll go over what it all means and how you can use it to guide your training or health goals.

  • Very. We use direct segmental multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance technology, which is the same standard trusted in clinical, fitness, and sports science settings. It’s one of the most reliable non-invasive methods available.

  • For the most accurate results:

    • Try to scan under similar conditions each time (same time of day, before eating or training).

    • Stay hydrated, but avoid large meals or heavy exercise right before your scan.

    • Remove metal accessories and empty pockets.
      We’ll walk you through everything when you arrive.
